So far in our Task-Based Training series, we’ve looked at various ways you can share your app as well as best practices of sharing. Then, we transitioned to how to integrate the sales process with your app, create consistent branding, add custom content in your app, and create a digital experience. Now, we’re moving on to features that help salespeople save time and streamline the sales process. Things like effective client management can help salespeople manage key customer segments, leading to more effective marketing and more closed sales.

In order to manage clients well, the underlying information should be accurate and valuable. The tagging and note-taking functionalities of the CardTapp solution are a great start. The better information you have about your clients, the more effective you will be when you engage with them. Not only can this lead to higher quality customer service, but to expanded sales opportunities as well.

How CardTapp Can Help with Client Management

CardTapp has two tools that serve as a centralized hub for all of your app users. They contain not only the contact information, tags, and notes for each Tapper, but their app activity as well. Your dashboard and TappTracker app can help you identify:

  • Where clients are in their buyer journey and how you can help
  • Which prospects are ready to buy
  • Which referral partners might have a new client to refer

The CardTapp solution helps you sort and filter app users so that you get the information you need.
