So far in our Task-Based Training series, we’ve looked at various ways you can share your app as well as best practices of sharing. Then, we transitioned to how to integrate the sales process with your app, create consistent branding, add custom content in your app, and create a digital experience. Now, we’re moving on to features that help salespeople save time and streamline the sales process. Things like accurate customer profiles can help salespeople create a strong connection with customers, leading to repeat business and more referrals.

What Are Customer Profiles

Have you ever been impressed with a service provider asking you a question about your family, job, or a hobby? Most people can only truly remember these types of details about a few people in their life – that’s why CRM systems and other systems that collect notes come in handy. In order to provide a great customer experience, it’s important to not only have accurate information on each client but customer personas as well. Indeed, building a complete customer profile that includes hobbies, interests, and other useful information can help salespeople better connect with clients.

How Notes Can Help

Use the notes functionality of CardTapp to add notes on your active clients and the services that they currently utilize or keep track of information about their family or interests as well as solution-specific things you discussed. Just open up the notes before or while following up with a client. They’ll probably be impressed that you “remembered” that little detail.

Update Customer Profiles

You can add or edit information to any app user after they receive your app. Members can adjust Tapper profiles in either of the back-end parts of the CardTapp solution – the Desktop Dashboard or TappTracker.
